If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is an issue caused by The Glam Vault, please contact us by email as soon as possible at info@theglamvault.net Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos when applicable so that we can review the situation. If the issue was our fault, we will work with you directly to find a reasonable solution together. Depending on the situation, a solution may include a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund.
